Holme on Spalding Moor Parish Council wish to commission a contractor for grass cutting and the maintenance of its assets which includes a bus shelter, litterbins, benches, village marker stones and a youth shelter. Duties will also include litter picking and the implementation of the severe weather plan. The contract will split between regular activities included in a Service Level Agreement and activities which will be requested on an ad hoc basis if and when required for e.g., erection and dressing of the Village Christmas tree. Most of the activity will be during the spring, summer and autumn, although some including litter picking and the refilling of dog dispenser bags will be year-round. It is intended that this would be a 3-year SLA/contract with the potential for 2 additional years.
