On the new page at the bottom there is a space for keyword, reference number etc, type in the street/road and Holme on Spalding Moor

This will bring up the page for that planning application, there are various headings you can open.
The plans etc are Associated Documents, open this and then click on View Associated Documents
The current and proposed elevations etc are listed and can be opened to view
